To submit your abstract for presentation at the 2025 ULSFMR conference please fill in the online form below.

The abstract should include the title, the affiliation(s) and the speaker’s e-mail address and is expected to be less than 500 words. Acknowledgement to funding agencies may be mentioned after the main text of the abstract. One to three references are allowed.

All presenting authors are required to register and pay for the symposium, regardless of presentation type. All presenting authors are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. At least one presenting author must present the paper in person for inclusion in the program. Multiple submissions can be made by the same author, please add each abstract as a new submission. Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors, as it will be reproduced as submitted. No proofreading will be done.
